Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, increase mindfulness, and improve overall well-being. We invite you to come as you are and leave feeling centered and renewed.
Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced, this group meditation is a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. We will explore a variety of meditation styles from silent sitting to guided, ranging from 30 minutes up to an hour, depending on the preference of those present on the day.
Meditation cushions and chairs are provided.
